APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:

What do you plan to use the space for (type of product or service)?

What are your space requirements? All spaces requested must include total footage needed for awnings, hitches, overhangs, etc.

List all items you wish to sell or display (the Fair reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items). Food concessions are limited to three (3) food items in once space. Two (2) additional food items may be allowed for each additional space occupied (does not include soda, water or coffee).

ELECTRICITY: 20 Amps of 110 volt electric & normal overhead lighting is included in the rent. 220 Volt electric is not available. Additional electric is available at additional cost.

SPECIAL NEEDS: List any special needs such as water, additional electric, larger space, etc

INSURANCE: You are required to carry liability insurance, including product liability, with minimum limits of $300,000.00. Before you will be allowed to set up, the applicant must submit to the G.D.S. Fair Association an insurance certificate naming the G.D.S. Fair Association as an additional insured. The Fair Association can provide coverage for you at a cost of $100.

PRICING: Spaces are priced by the linear foot (frontage) with most spaces 12 to 15’ deep
Covered spaces: $20.00 per linear foot (covered spaces’ depths vary).
Uncovered spaces: $12.00 per linear foot (trailers, tents, etc. must meet safety standards and be approved by the Committee) PRICES MAY CHANGE PRIOR TO JULY 2010.
