Fall Flea Market - Saturday October 1, 2011

 

Starts at 10:00AM and ends at 3:00PM

 

This indoor & outdoor flea market will be held rain or shine from 10am to 3PM. There will be no admission charge for shoppers. The Fair Association will have a food stand open for the convenience of both vendors and shoppers. We have ample free parking and regular restroom faculties centrally located on the fairgrounds. Need to clear out your attic / garage and make some cash? Want to have a yard sale but you don’t have a yard? This is the flea market for you! Crafters and vendors are welcome.

Inside & outside spaces are $20 –with size based on location
If paid after 9/10/11 price is $25 per space. No applications accepted after  9/24/11

The Spring Flea Market will be Saturday May 28, 2011

Starts at 10:00AM and ends at 3PM.

Inside & outside spaces vary in size based on location – see application form for more details. Price is $15 per space if paid prior to 5/7 (after that date add $5 per space). No applications will be accepted after 5/21. Staggered set up will start at 7:30am and break down after 3:00pm. Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.

The Summer Craft Show will be Saturday July 16, 2011

Starts at 10:00AM and ends at 4PM. This event is event is held each year on the third Saturday in July and features crafters, artisans, church groups and farmers.
The Greene-Dreher-Sterling Fair Association will place crafters in the main exhibit building, pole buildings and open-air locations (outside crafters may set up tents). There will be no admission charge for shoppers and ample free parking. Regular restroom faculties centrally located on the fairgrounds.

All items must be homemade. Photos of samples of craft items and sample art work must accompany applications. Applications and fees for Crafter /Artisan spots must be paid in advance. No applications will be accepted after July 9 (No refunds after July 1st). The charge for inside /undercover spaces is $20. Outside/ not under cover spaces are $15 each—these are suitable for crafters with their own tents. Crafters must bring their own tables and chairs. Set up time will start at 7:30am the day of event and the show will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm. Crafters may not breakdown until after 4pm.
