This is an Indoor & outdoor Flea Market that will be held rain or shine from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Set up will start at 7:30am and break down after 3:00pm. Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs. This event will accept vendors, yard sale people, farmers and crafters.
There will be no admission charge for shoppers. The Fair Association will have a food stand open for the convenience of both vendors and shoppers. We have ample free parking and regular restroom faculties centrally located on the fairgrounds.
Need to clear out your attic / garage and make some cash? Want to have a yard sale but you don’t have a yard? This is the flea market for you! Crafters and vendors are welcome. Inside & outside spaces vary in size & price based on location – see application form for more details. Prices run from $10 to $15 per space if paid prior to 5/3 (after that date add $5 per space).

Craft Show - July 2010

On Saturday July 17, 2009, the Greene-Dreher-Sterling Fair Association will be hosting its annual Summer Craft Show. This event is held each year on the third Saturday in July and features a day time craft show. The fairgrounds are located on Route 191, Newfoundland, Pa, in the heart of the Pocono Mountains resort area. (For MapQuest use the Elementary School’s location- 989 Main St. Newfoundland, PA 18445).
The craft show will be held on the fairgrounds from 10:00am to 4:00pm using the main exhibit building, pole buildings and open-air locations (outside crafters may set up tents). We have ample free parking and regular restroom faculties centrally located on the fairgrounds.
There will be no admission charge for shoppers. The Fair Association will have a food stand open for the convenience of both crafters and shoppers.
All items must be homemade. Photos of samples of craft items and sample art work must accompany applications. Applications and fees for Crafter /Artisan spots must be paid in advance with a deadline of July 1st. (No refunds after July 1st). The charge for inside the main exhibit building will be $20 for an 8’x 8’ space. 10’ x 10’ spaces located in open air pole buildings and undercover locations will be $20 each. 12’x 12’ outside spaces suitable for crafters with their own tents are also available for $15 each. Crafters must bring their own tables and chairs. Set up time will start at 7:30am the day of event and the show will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm. Crafters may not breakdown until after 4pm.

Greene-Dreher-Sterling Fair Association will be hosting an annual Fall Flea Market on the fairgrounds located on Route 191, Newfoundland PA - right behind the Elementary School .
This event is held each year on the Saturday of Columbus Weekend and will be held rain or shine from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. Set up will be approximately 2 hours prior to start of event Specific staggered set up times will be assigned to each vendor to alleviate traffic congestion. No break down until after 3:00pm. Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs. This event will accept vendors, yard sale people, farmers and crafters.

$15 per space if paid prior to 9/21. (Applications & payments post marked after 9/21 each space will have an additional $5 fee attached). No applications or payments accepted after 10/3.
